It’s a story of a young boy named Bernie, who loves the moon so much that he talks to it. Surprisingly, it talks back and a dialogue begins. Bernie’s conversation takes him on a journey as he learns about the moon. He receives advice from Mr. Moon, as Bernie calls him. It teaches him a valuable lesson, which results in a heartwarming outcome.

About the Author
Larry, as his friends call him, was born and raised in Michigan, where he currently resides with his wife. “The Boy Who Talked to the Moon,” was originally written for his grandchildren several years ago. The story was expanded and enhanced with illustrations and published recently.
Larry is retired from a career in human resources administration and consulting and is a military veteran. While in college he was a journalism major prior to being attracted to human resources. He holds degrees from Wayne State University and Central Michigan University.
He hopes his book will inspire young minds to be curious and develop a love for reading.
